RETURNS/REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

For 'distressed returns' (items NOT as described/damaged/defective) or you did not receive your order.

Don't worry - You are entitled to a full refund (including shipping to you and return shipping) or (if you would prefer), a replacement order with reimbursement of return shipping.

We will politely ask the reason for the issue to establish if the item(s) was (were) BROKEN/DEFECTIVE/DID NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION or NEVER ARRIVED
We will politely ask which you would prefer, a REFUND or a REPLACEMENT.

In any case, we require that the original item(s) are returned (see 'return items instructions' below).

For reimbursement of return shipping fees, we will require a copy of your shipping receipt prior to any refund.

Unless you did not receive your product, we will require a photograph in case we need to take up the issue with a supplier. Instructions will be provided.

Once we have that, we will quickly assess your claim and get back to you.

Assuming that it is clear that you are eligible for a refund or replacement, we will ask that you carefully package and return the item(s) (see 'return item instructions' below)

Once the item(s) are returned and/or a tracking number is received we will refund your money (including shipping to you and return shipping) or (depending on your preference), provide a replacement and refund the return shipping cost.

Return item instructions - Please contact us (See contact details above) for a return shipping address. We will process your refund/exchange once we have received the item(s) or have a tracking number to verify that your returned item(s) are on route.

Refunds are processed back through the original payment method so if you paid using a credit card, expect to see those funds arrive back on that card.

For 'standard returns' (items are as described, undamaged and not defective)

  1. The item(s) must be unused, in original condition and still in original packaging.
  2. You must request a return within 14 days of the date that you received your item.
  3. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Details are available on request.
  4. You will be refunded once items have been received at their shipping location and/or a tracking number is provided as proof of shipping.
  5. We do not refund return shipping fees for standard returns

FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES

Hand made items of furniture and/or accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
